You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your item.
To be eligible, the item must:

Include all accessories, packaging, and manuals

Not be damaged due to misuse

Items that arrive defective or damaged are eligible for a full replacement at no cost to you.

Returns for Non-Defective Items

If you wish to return an item for personal reasons (e.g. you changed your mind), the following applies:

Return shipping cost is paid by the customer

The product must be unused and in resellable condition

Once your return is approved, we will provide the return address and instructions

Please note: Returns must be sent to our fulfillment center. Returns sent without approval will not be accepted.

Defective or Damaged Items

If your item arrives broken, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery.
We will ask for:

A photo or video showing the issue

Your order number

Once verified, we will send a free replacement or issue a full refund, depending on your preference.

For non-defective returns:

We are not responsible for lost or undelivered return packages

Refund Processing Time

Once we receive and inspect your return:

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method

Refunds typically take 3–7 business days to appear

Shipping fees are non-refundable

Order Cancellations

You may request an order cancellation within 12 hours of placing your order.
After 12 hours, the order may already be processed and shipped, and cancellation may not be possible.
